Take A Chance, There’s Always Our Returns Policy

You see a work you love online but are struggling to imagine it in the flesh – how will it look in your home with your wider collection? Do you let it go or take a chance? As we send works of art across Australia and beyond, most of our collectors won’t see a work of art in person before collecting it – almost always, they are spellbound by its real life presence, taken by that special quality that only the tangible object can emit. In the rare instances when it does not work in their space, there’s always our Returns Policy.

Adam Nudelman 'Auntie's Magic Carpet'

When a work does not suit your space, you are welcome to return it within seven days no questions asked. Depending on what you would prefer, you can have your funds back, exchange the work or opt for gallery credit, a way to stay engaged in the hunt. Just let us know, pop it back in its original packaging and into the post, ready for discovery by the right custodian. All you have to do is cover the return postage.

Our Returns Policy is an investment in the idea that each collector has a unique relationship with a work of art, one that unfolds over time. It invites you to take a chance, trust your gut, experiment and secure a work before it’s gone. If you’re contemplating a work or looking for a gift, our advice is to take it home – if it turns out to be right for you, congratulations. If not, it’s easy to reverse the decision to keep searching for that perfect piece.
