Lisa Banks is a Melbourne-based artist who works across painting, drawing and mixed media collage. In her ever-evolving artistic style, Banks often uses vibrant and contrasting colour to challenge traditional understandings of genre, drawing from her local and everyday life, and re-imagining its artistic potential.

In ‘Still life with Siena’, Banks crafts a still life composition using a distinctly abstracted approach.
