Born in New Zealand, Richard Kulma migrated to Australia in 1969. While travelling Australia and beyond, he developed an immersive style that fixates on the landscape. Both dreamy and calm, his works recall the escapism of holidays - evoking in the viewer, a sense of Wanderlust and nostalgia. This work is a reminder to once in a while, break out of your routine.
Kulma is now based in Melbourne, Australia. His work has been placed in numerous corporate and private collections throughout Australia, Europe, Great Britain, United States of America and Asia.
