Dale Cox

Australian artist Dale Cox works across painting and sculpture, presenting meticulous fusions of the landscape and contemporary culture. His interests span environmentalism, consumerism and the tension between humans and nature, ideas captured with skills, subtlety and a sense of humour.
Represented by Australia Galleries, Cox was a finalist in the 2019 R&M McGivern Prize where he won People’s Choice, the 2017 Tattersalls Invitational Art Prize for Landscape and in 2013 won First Prize in the Melbourne Savage Club Art Prize. His work is represented across public and tertiary collections including at Deakin University, Artbank, the Art Gallery of Ballarat and Parliament House.
